Meditation inspiration day 9. Practise Deliberately
Commit to your meditation practise on a daily level, whether it is for 2 minutes or an hour, once a day or twice a day.
Whatever you chose, stick to it, sustained and persistent practise will train your attention slowly over time, leading to deeper levels of concentration which when unbroken leads naturally to meditation.
Share your aspirations, share your goals, dreams with your closest friends and companions to amplify your day to day actions.
